Small group fitness classes created & taught by a motivating certified fitness instructor to help you reach your fitness goals. With the smaller class size, you get a more intimate experience and have the opportunity to get more individualized coaching if needed. The length of classes vary but typically run from 30 to 45 minutes. Other than occasional fitness tests (to help gauge progress), it will be rare to complete the same workout twice.
The assortment of equipment and workout stations guarantee you will not get bored! The classes include a variety of methods including HIIT (high intensity interval training), boot camp style, yoga poses and more. There are modifications available for all levels of fitness making this an all inclusive class.
